                     SLACK ROPE WORKSHOP

 Directed at those who are lovers of and interested in balance and funambulism with the slack rope.
The objective of the course is to obtain the necessary tools to acquire freedom of movement while on the rope at different levels (lying down, seated and standing), various positions (foreground and lateral), and balancing. Also included are tricks with objects and on top of objects (chairs, tires and unicycles).
Another objective is to learn the necessary steps to create a small routine and to be conscious of the elegance of posture.
Part of the course is dedicated to learning specific propaedeutic exercises, having an entertaining routine to continue on your own, and how to correctly set-up a rope and the rules of safety that apply.


                   LONG TERM COURSES  FOR 
                   BEGINNERS IN CIRCUS TECHNIQUES

Do you want the opportunity to learn the principle circus techniques, have fun, go beyond your limits and get in shape.
This course is aimed at those who love and are interested in the circus and want to know the feeling of being up on a trapeze, walking on a slack rope or juggling objects in the air.
The course will deal with the bases of various circus techniques, improving physical abilities such as strength and flexibility.




                                             ACROBALANCE WORK SHOP

Directed at those who want to learn and develop acrobalance skills
The aim of the course is to obtain the basic tools to continue discovering on your own the infinite possibilities of the body in movement, to learn new acrobatic postures in order to develop small routines and sequences, and know how to improve physical abilities such as strength and flexibility.


Technical Objectives:

  • Develop exercises on the ground, in medium and tall heights using various human propulsions.
  • Combine and incorporate new technical elements to find a correct technical execution.
  • Find an organic relation with your partner and with space through light movements executed with minimal effort.
  • Develop a consciousness of­ the corporal line.
  • Know the basic safety techniques.

    Contents: 

  • Headstands and handstands
  • Cartwheels: various individual and partner oriented types
  • Head kips
  • Tumbling with partners
  • Distinct grips and the search for balance
  • Hand-to-hand beginning
  • “Chaining” in pairs or in trios
  • Specific muscle exercises for the base and the flyer
  • Flexibility exercises

    Length of course – 4 days, 16 hours.




                                  CIRCUS WORKSHOP FOR KIDS

         Workshop Contents:

  • First contact with circus techniques such as acrobatics, juggling and funambulism through experimentation and creativity.
  • Final performance by the professors of the techniques learned in the workshop.

Workshop Objectives:

  • Develop skills of integration, personal relation and social communication of children through the circus. Help develop corporal consciousness through the joy of movement, games and exercises.

Length of course – 2 hours minimum
